Cancellation Policy
To provide every client with exceptional service, we reserve dedicated time for each scheduled appointment. * A $35 non-refundable Reservation Fee is required to secure all residential cleaning appointments and is applied toward your service total. * Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment may transfer the Reservation Fee one time to a new appointment scheduled within 30 days. * Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, including same-day cancellations, will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service total. * Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new $35 Reservation Fee. * A valid debit or credit card is required at the time of booking.
